Schedule a Home Visit
Getting started is easy! Simply contact our dedicated Peer Support Coordinator, Lesley, to arrange a convenient time for a home visit. One of our friendly volunteers will visit you to guide you through our delicious menu options, answer any questions, and help you select meals that suit your tastes and dietary needs. This personal touch ensures you feel comfortable and confident in your meal choices while enjoying the convenience of our service.
Day of Home Visit
On the day of your scheduled home visit, one of our friendly volunteers will come to your home to review our menu in detail. They’ll guide you through our simple ordering process, allowing you to easily select your meal choices for each day of the week in advance. This ensures you have a variety of delicious, nutritious meals planned for the coming weeks, tailored to your preferences and dietary needs. Our volunteer will also be happy to answer any questions and help you make selections that best suit your lifestyle.
Choose Your Meals
Once you’ve selected your meals for the upcoming weeks (up to 6 weeks in advance), our volunteer will record your choices on our easy-to-use tick-form menu. This lets you plan ahead with confidence, ensuring you receive the meals you love on the days you prefer.
When it’s time to reorder, the process is just as simple! During a meal delivery, our volunteer will review the form with you again and assist in selecting your meals for the next period. This seamless approach ensures you always have delicious, nutritious meals ready to enjoy.
